We were there for 1 day, everything was perfect, really enjoyed its excellent and comfortable location near to the Gran Via metro station, the night club right downstairs and all the stores for shopping are located. The queen room was brilliant and incredibly comfortable with bed and bathroom. The staff seemed efficient. Staying here for shopping was very enjoyable, totally recommendable.

The staff we met were very rude.

Its rooms are neat and very affordable with fresh towels, balcony plus toothpaste for a such great stay. Every staff member is very pleasant and accommodating and strives to meet your needs.

Greatly enjoyed the location on the metro from the airport. The rooms were great value for money and neat with balcony, you feel like home. The service was welcoming.

The location is great!! Right in the heart of the city, super close to the Plaza.

Though the staff was extremely nice, they were often hard to track down because they were working solo and were doing the cleaning as well. The room itself was stuffy and the beds were not very comfortable. I had to ask at the front desk for a remote for the television, but the batteries were dead -- I ended up just watching a telenovela instead.

I stayed at this hostel for four nights and it was perfect for my stay. The location is right in the center of everything, making it convenient to explore the city. Despite what I read in other reviews, the nightclub nearby was quiet during the week. The hostel had all the amenities I needed, and the staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. The cleaning service was professional, and the place was always kept impeccably clean. I particularly loved the beautiful design of the walls in my bathroom. The tea/coffee/snack machine was a great addition, allowing me to enjoy a hot drink without having to leave the hostel.

I would be happy to recommend this hostel.

The stay here was such great, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous location so close to Retiro Park between 20-25 minutos walking, Hostal Tokio and pretty much all the tourist spots in the heart of Madrid. Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to say goodbye...

There was nothing I didnt like.

Pro: I recently had a fantastic 10-day stay at a clean and welcoming hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and there was always someone at the 24-hour reception. I had a peaceful sleep in my room overlooking the quiet inner yard, thanks to the effective air conditioning. The hotel also offered affordable snack and drinks machines, and the WiFi worked perfectly. With the metro station just a short walk away, the central location made it convenient to explore the city with plenty of dining, shopping, and nightlife options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Really friendly and efficient staff, quick check in. The guest room with double bed, facilities worked for us. Paid £ 59.

Location: the hotel was not far from the centre of Madrid and great value for money, Malasaña, and Gran Vía metro. We loved rooms with balcony. Friendly service was provided here.

It was a beautifully kept and exceptionally comfortable hotel in a shopping area, near Puerta del Sol, The next metro station and the metro from the airport. The location of the property was particularly good - relatively close to a Catholic church. I spent an excellent time here, can't recommend highly enough to anyone.
